A couple of years ago I received a phone call from a man in Australia who already had a Nevada corporation with another resident agent, but was looking to find a new one because of a dispute that had developed. That should have been my first warning. I helped him transfer his corporation to our company's services, and helped him find an attorney, and never heard from him again. Until last week.

Many businesses operate under the myth that "the customer is always right". Well, that is just flat-out wrong. If I have learned one thing from years doing business it is that there are always those people who will either 1) want something for nothing, or 2) want you to take responsibility for their mistakes. On top of that, these are usually the same customers who verbally abuse employees - especially female employees. We take tremendous pride within my company in maintaining customer satisfaction. So, it is an anomaly when my staff has to deal with customer complaints. Usually, a customer complaint can be handled in a way that satisfies the customer, but not always. Recently, we have had a couple of situations occur that demonstrate pretty clearly how wrong a customer can be.
